Our Sustainable Agriculture team recently hosted the latest in a series of workshops designed to build understanding in soil health and fertiliser management.
To best link the soil science to applicable recommendations, we tailored this workshop specifically for pineapple producers in the Sunshine Coast region and focused on the types and sources of fertilisers, as well as the optimal timing for their application.
This year, our project partners shared inspiring stories of landholders confidently using skills and networks through Healthy Land & Water’s Queensland Fire & Biodiversity Consortium (QFBC) workshops. These stories have been years in the making, with long-term stewardship being the key focus of both the workshops and the outcomes they’ve enabled.
