Purpose

This Policy applies to all staff (paid and unpaid), directors, and contractors. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect and handle in connection with our activities, including when you:

Personal Information HLW Collects

Where required under the Privacy Act, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as soon as practicable. Access & Correction
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with the Privacy Act.
Anonymity & Pseudonymity
Where lawful and practicable, you may interact with us anonymously or by using a pseudonym. In some circumstances (such as employment, workshops, or landholder engagement), identification is required.
